What does a startup strategic advisor actually do?

A startup strategic advisor helps a founder make better decisions, build repeatable systems, and reduce dependency on any one person. My Corporate Buddy focuses on structure: sales systems, operating processes, and decision frameworks that let a business run without the founder doing everything personally.

Who is My Corporate Buddy for?

My Corporate Buddy is built for first-time founders in India, whether pre-revenue, early-revenue, or already growing but stuck, across all industries.

How is My Corporate Buddy different from a business coach or mentor?

Business coaches often focus on mindset and motivation. My Corporate Buddy focuses on operational structure, mapping real decisions and documenting real processes so a team can run without the founder.

Where is My Corporate Buddy based, and do you work outside Gurugram?

My Corporate Buddy is based in Gurugram, India, and works with founders across India, both in person and remotely.

How do I start working with My Corporate Buddy?

Founders can book a free 30-minute founder call at mycorporatebuddy.org to discuss their situation before any advisory engagement.
